Promoting a destination instead of individual projects using a brand ambassador proved to be one of the best innovative strategies. The destination was ‘Talegaon’ promoted with renowned film and stage actor Prashant Damle. As a result of this innovative approach, projects at Talegaon received an overwhelming response from all over Maharashtra.

Disha Direct for the first time introduced the most innovative idea of presenting Florets (flower shaped homes) at Vikramgarh. Spread across 82 acres of dream geography it is a wonder in its own with every home resembling a blooming flower.
